·   Direct Sales & Client Interaction: Engage directly with prospective clients to understand their certification requirements and offer tailored service solutions.

·  Client Relationship Management: Address client inquiries, ensure timely follow-ups, and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.

·  Sales Presentations & Closures: Confidently present our services, negotiate pricing and terms, and finalize deals with professionalism.

·  Market Research: Analyze competitor activities and industry trends to identify new business opportunities.

·  Resolving Client Queries: Direct sales also play a key role in resolving client queries, ensuring smooth communication and improved customer satisfaction.

·  Collaboration with Business Development: Share market feedback and client insights to help refine marketing strategies and service offerings.

·   Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and update sales data, track progress, and ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.

·  Negotiation & Closure: Conduct final negotiations and close deals while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction.

·   Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and effective execution. & both functions work together to drive revenue, expand the customer base, and support long-term growth

· Reporting: Provide regular updates to management on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends.
