Job Description

Sales Coordinator (Female)

We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team. The candidate should have experience in handling IndiaMART leads, CRM software, customer follow-ups, quotations, and sales coordination. The role requires strong communication skills, coordination with the sales team, and excellent customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and manage leads received through IndiaMART and other online platforms.
Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.
Prepare quotations, follow up with clients, and coordinate with the sales team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
Generate sales reports, MIS, and maintain accurate sales records.
Resolve customer queries and provide excellent customer support.
Support the sales team in achieving business targets.

Job Requirements:

Female candidates only
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 8 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role.
Hands-on experience with IndiaMART Portal and CRM Software.
Experience in the Food Processing Machine Manufacturing Industry is preferred.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and strong communication skills.
Ability to multitask and coordinate effectively with different teams.
