Job Summary
We are hiring a confident and target-driven Sales Executive with 2–4years of experience in international sales. The ideal candidate should have hands-onexperience handling customers in the US and Canada market, managing outboundand inbound sales calls, converting leads, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers in the US & Canada market.
Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert them into business opportunities.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer support.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2–4 years of recent experience in International sales.
Experience working with customers in the US & Canada market is mandatory.
Strong outbound calling and inbound sales handling experience.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities.
Good understanding of lead generation, follow-ups, and client relationship management.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Graduate in any discipline.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹55,000 per month
