Job Summary

We are seeking a highly accomplished and visionary Area General Manager with 15–20+ years of leadership experience in the Bathware, Tiles, and Interior Solutions industry. The candidate will be responsible for leading and driving overall business performance across the assigned region, including sales, operations, channel development, project execution, profitability, customer experience, and team management.

The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in the interior industry, strong business acumen, and a proven track record of managing large-scale regional operations, dealer networks, project sales, and high-performing teams. This role requires strategic leadership to accelerate business growth, enhance market presence, and ensure operational excellence.

Business Leadership & Strategic Planning

• Develop and execute regional business strategies aligned with organizational goals and growth objectives.

• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share across bathware, vanities, storage systems, and interior solutions.

• Identify emerging market opportunities and formulate expansion plans.
