Position: Recruitment Development Manager (RDM)

Key Responsibilities
1. Advisor Recruitment
* Identify, source, and recruit quality insurance advisors through personal networking, referrals, and field activities.
* Conduct interviews and assess candidates for suitability.
* Ensure timely onboarding and licensing of new advisors.
* Build a consistent pipeline of prospective advisors to meet recruitment targets.
2. Advisor Development
* Conduct induction and product training for newly recruited advisors.
* Coach and mentor advisors on sales techniques, prospecting, customer acquisition, and relationship management.
* Support advisors during client meetings and field visits to improve productivity.
* Monitor advisor performance and implement development plans to enhance activation and retention.
3. Business Development
* Drive premium collection and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets through the advisor team.
* Increase advisor productivity by improving case count, ticket size, and customer reach.
* Promote cross-selling and upselling opportunities across insurance products.
4. Performance Management
* Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as recruitment, activation, licensing, productivity, and retention.
* Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
* Recognize and reward high-performing advisors while supporting underperformers with improvement plans.
5. Compliance & Process Management
* Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical sales practices.
* Maintain accurate recruitment and advisor records.
* Ensure timely completion of mandatory training, licensing, and documentation.
