Sales Co-ordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with customers for new inquiries and maintain regular communication.

• Manage and document all follow-up calls and emails in the ERP system.

• Prepare and send offers/quotations to customers in a timely manner.

• Coordinate internally to qualify sales orders and get them approved and signed by the HOD.

• Update and maintain customer records, inquiries, and order status in ZOHO CRM.

• Support the sales team in preparing sales reports and performance updates.

• Assist with order processing, documentation, and coordination between departments.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
