About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team with daily operations. This is a non-target, operational role, suitable for freshers as well as candidates with prior experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate between the sales team and clients

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and follow-ups

• Maintain sales records, client data, and documentation

• Prepare basic reports using MS Excel

• Assist in day-to-day office and sales operations

• Ensure timely communication and smooth workflow within the team Required

Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline

• Freshers are welcome to apply

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
