The Telesales Executive will be responsible for contacting potential and existing patients, explaining Eye Mantra’s services, resolving queries, and driving appointment bookings. The role requires excellent communication skills, patient handling abilities, and a target-oriented mindset.
Make outbound calls to prospective patients generated through marketing campaigns, leads, referrals, or walk-ins.
Provide detailed information about eye treatments (e.g., LASIK, Cataract, Retina, Specs Removal, etc.).
Understand patient needs and guide them to the appropriate doctor or service.
Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments by explaining benefits, packages, and offers.
Maintain patient data accurately in CRM/lead management systems.
Follow up with warm leads to maximize conversion.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales/appointment booking targets.
Handle incoming calls & resolve patient queries politely and professionally.
Coordinate with clinic teams for scheduling, confirmations, and rescheduling.
Share appointment reminders and ensure patient walk-ins happen as scheduled.
Maintain strong knowledge of treatments, pricing, discounts, and hospital processes.
Minimum 1–3 years of telesales or customer service experience (healthcare experience preferred).
Strong communication & interpersonal skills (Hindi/English compulsory; regional languages beneficial).
Ability to explain medical services in simple, clear terms.
Good patient handling and empathy skills.
Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality.
Basic computer and CRM handling skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
