Job Description

Property & Partnership Outreach

  • Call and connect with property owners, PG operators, and accommodation partners.

  • Explain our platform and how they can list their properties with us.

  • Collect and update property details such as rent, availability, and amenities.

  • Follow up regularly to maintain good relationships with partners.

  • Support the business development team with lead generation and onboarding.

  • Maintain a positive and helpful tone in every interaction.

  • Keep all call records and lead details updated in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • B.Com. in sales, marketing, or related field 

  • 1-2 years of experience in BPO, telecalling, sales, or customer support (real estate or education sector preferred)

  • Excellent spoken as well as written communication skills 

  • Prior experience handling high-volume outbound calls
