Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Pre-Sales Executive with strong technical understanding of digital solutions to support the sales team in designing and presenting end-to-end digital signage solutions.
The candidate will act as a bridge between sales and technical teams, ensuring client requirements are accurately translated into scalable and effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Expertise and Solution Design
● Act as the primary technical point of contact for all digital signage solutions
● Possess strong knowledge of:
○ Hardware: Displays, media players, mounts
○ Software: CMS platforms, analytics tools
○ Network architecture and connectivity
● Design end-to-end solutions including:
○ System architecture
○ Content distribution strategy
○ Integration with client systems
○ Security considerations
2. Client Engagement & Requirement Gathering
● Conduct detailed technical discovery sessions with prospective clients
● Understand: Business objectives, Technical requirements, Existing infrastructure
● Provide consultative inputs to help clients choose the right solution
3. Site Visits & Feasibility
● Visit client locations for:
○ Site recce / survey
○ Understanding physical and technical constraints
● Recommend:
○ Screen placement
○ Network requirements
○ Installation feasibility
4. Documentation & Proposal Support
● Prepare high-quality technical documentation including: Solution briefs, Statements of Work (SOWs), Technical specification sheets.
● Support the sales team in: Proposal creation, Client presentations, Technical demos
5. Sales Enablement and Support
● Work closely with: Sales team, Product / development team, Implementation team
● Ensure smooth transition from pre-sales to project execution
Relationship Management and Post-Sales Transition
● Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with client technical teams and internal stakeholders.
● Facilitate a smooth and effective transition of technical knowledge and project scope to the implementation and post-sales support teams.
● Gather market feedback and technical insights from client interactions to inform future product development and strategy.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
● Bachelor’s degree in engineering electronics/mechanical/computer science or a related technical field.
● A minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical pre-sales, solutions architect, or consulting role, with a focus on digital solutions involving hardware, AV integration, or related technologies.
● Must have exposure to dealing with technology-based solutions
Technical Skills
● The candidates should be having experience with structure, fixtures, design, and development.
● He should be capable of making block diagrams for required solutions and presenting them in front of the technical team.
● Knowledge of CAD designing (Good to have)
Soft Skills
● Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
● Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure sales environment.
● Strong strategic and analytical thinking, capable of solving complex technical and business problems.
● Willingness to travel to client sites and industry events.
