Relationship Officer

About the Role:

We’re looking for a smart, observant, and people-savvy individual who will not only support our sales growth but also help maintain internal integrity and transparency. This unique role combines business development with discreet observation and reporting—ensuring that our internal ecosystem remains ethical, efficient, and harmonious.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Relationship Building

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal employees and external clients

• Actively participate in sales meetings and client interactions

• Support in identifying new business opportunities and building trust across teams

Internal Observational Duties (Confidential)

• Discreetly observe and report unethical or suspicious employee behavior

• Monitor workplace conduct and ensure employees follow organizational policies

• Act as the internal bridge between employees and leadership to maintain a transparent culture

• Identify any kind of mishappenings or conflicts and discreetly escalate to leadership

Workplace Integrity & Culture

• Help maintain a positive, trustworthy, and legally compliant work environment

• Build rapport with all departments to encourage open communication

• Provide insights to management regarding employee well-being and team dynamics

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Excellent interpersonal and observational skills

• Ability to build strong, trusting relationships quickly

• High emotional intelligence and discretion

• Natural problem-solver with analytical thinking

• Experience in sales, people management, or security/compliance is a plus

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, or related field preferred
