We’re hiring a Lead Manager to strategize, manage, and optimize our lead pipeline. You’ll drive lead generation efforts, manage CRM flows, and collaborate across teams to ensure high-quality leads convert into loyal clients.
Create and execute effective lead generation campaigns
Manage and qualify leads via CRM tools (HubSpot/Zoho/Salesforce)
Collaborate with marketing for inbound leads and content-driven strategies
Work with sales to ensure smooth lead handover and high conversion rates
Analyze lead performance and suggest optimization strategies
1-3 years’ experience in B2B lead generation or sales ops
Strong understanding of CRMs and sales funnels
Analytical mindset with strong communication skills
Tech industry background preferred (blockchain, SaaS, digital services)
