· Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new diamond brokers & Clients.
· Share up-to-date product lists, pricing information, promotional offers, and support materials with broker partners & Clients.
· Act as the first point of contact for brokers regarding product inquiries, pricing concerns, delivery issues, or commission-related matters.
· Collect broker feedback and insights to share with internal departments for continuous improvement.
· Provide product training and sales enablement sessions to brokers to boost their effectiveness.
· Continuously expand the broker network across designated territories or categories.
· Track broker performance and identify high-potential partnerships for strategic focus.
