Position Overview
We are seeking dynamic, enthusiastic, and driven professionals for the role of Inside Sales Counsellor. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in engaging with prospective learners, driving sales conversions, and managing the end-to-end sales lifecycle of NIIT's career-oriented programs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Engagement & Follow-Up:
Reach out to prospective learners through phone calls, emails, chats, and social media to share NIIT’s value proposition and encourage enrolment.
Sales Lifecycle Management:
Interest Generation: Understand learner needs and promote suitable NIIT programs.
Product Demonstration: Present program features, benefits, and outcomes effectively to prospective learners.
Sales Closure: Successfully convert leads into enrolled learners through persuasive selling techniques.
Post-Sales Relationship Management: Foster long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
Communication Management:
Maintain ongoing communication with leads throughout the pre-sales and post-sales journey.
CRM & Record Maintenance:
Document all interactions and maintain accurate records using CRM tools to track lead status, communication, and follow-ups.
