Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in home loan sales and will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to drive loan business.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and acquire new clients for home loan products.
Understand clients’ financial needs and suggest suitable home loan solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, banks, and referral partners.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Provide end-to-end support during the home loan application process, including documentation and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in home loan sales or related financial products.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Target-driven and self-motivated with a customer-centric approach.
Knowledge of home loan products, banks, and lending processes is a must.
Willingness to travel within assigned territories (Kalyan, Thane, Borivali, Virar).
