Position: Relationship Manager (Field Sales)
Function: B2B Subscription Sales / Digital Services
Work Style: On-field client acquisition & relationship management
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and acquire merchants for subscription plans.
Conduct daily field visits, sales presentations & demos.
Manage merchant relationships and ensure satisfaction.
Handle the full sales cycle: cold calling → pitching → follow-up → closure.
Achieve revenue targets and manage assigned territory.
Requirements:
Graduate/Post-Graduate (min. 60% in 12th or graduation).
Min. 6 months of field sales experience (freshers eligible).
Strong communication (English + local language).
Tech-savvy, competitive, and target-driven personality.
