Key Responsibilities:
Generate business for Group Loan & Individual Loan products
Conduct field visits for lead generation and customer onboarding
Build & maintain strong customer relationships for sustainable portfolio growth
Handle documentation & KYC verification with accuracy
Work towards achieving monthly sales and collection targets
Coordinate with the credit and operations team for timely loan approvals
Ensure portfolio health by maintaining collection discipline
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduatea and 0.5 - 3 years of experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
