We are hiring a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager for Group Loan & Individual Loan products. The candidate will be responsible for business sourcing, client acquisition, field visits, documentation, portfolio handling, and overall loan process management.

🔸 Key Responsibilities:

• Source and onboard customers for Group Loan & Individual Loan products.

• Conduct field visits, generate leads, and maintain healthy client relationships.

• Verify customer documents and ensure compliance as per company policy.

• Manage loan applications, disbursement process, and track repayments.

• Build strong relationships with customers, centers, and agents.

• Handle collections, resolve customer queries, and reduce delinquency.

• Achieve monthly business targets and contribute to branch growth.

• Maintain MIS reports and update daily field activity status.
