We are hiring a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager for Group Loan & Individual Loan products. The candidate will be responsible for business sourcing, client acquisition, field visits, documentation, portfolio handling, and overall loan process management.
🔸 Key Responsibilities:
Source and onboard customers for Group Loan & Individual Loan products.
Conduct field visits, generate leads, and maintain healthy client relationships.
Verify customer documents and ensure compliance as per company policy.
Manage loan applications, disbursement process, and track repayments.
Build strong relationships with customers, centers, and agents.
Handle collections, resolve customer queries, and reduce delinquency.
Achieve monthly business targets and contribute to branch growth.
Maintain MIS reports and update daily field activity status.
