Job Title: B2B Relationship Manager

A.C. Agarwal Share Brokers is an Indian stock broking company with 20+ years of experience in the capital markets. The company holds memberships of most of India's top stock exchanges and depositories, including NSE, BSE, MCX, and CDSL. With a team of 250+ authorized partners, AC Agarwal is committed to building growth and wealth creation at a national level.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven B2B Relationship Manager to join our team. This role will be pivotal in fostering and expanding relationships with stock broking firms, corporates, financial institutions, and intermediaries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the financial markets, particularly in currency derivatives, equity, debt, and exchange-traded funds, along with excellent relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Development: Introduce and promote exchange products, including new memberships, currency derivatives, equity, equity derivatives, cash markets, futures & options, interest rate futures, debt instruments, and ETFs.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with stock broking firms, corporates, and financial institutions to develop mutually beneficial partnerships.

  • SME Engagement: Develop strategic relationships with trade bodies and associations to attract SMEs to our platform.

  • Client Support: Provide comprehensive service and support to members, including registration, onboarding, day-to-day trading assistance, operations, and compliance.

  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client issues and complaints related to trading operations, settlements, and compliance efficiently.

  • Seminars & Training: Organize seminars, workshops, and training sessions for members, investors, and dealers to enhance market awareness and product knowledge.

  • Membership Growth: Drive the acquisition of new memberships from banks, financial institutions, brokerage houses, and intermediaries.

  • Corporate Listings: Facilitate the listing of corporates on the exchange as part of strategic business growth initiatives.

  • Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell financial products such as mutual funds, SIPs, PMS, and other investment solutions to clients.

Technical Skills & Qualifications:

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related disciplines.

  • Experience: Proven experience in the broking industry, banks, or exchanges with a strong understanding of financial markets.

  • Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of currency derivatives is a must, with additional expertise in equity and debt markets preferred.

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in portfolio analysis tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, compliance protocols, and risk management practices in the financial markets.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Negotiation and presentation skills to influence key stakeholders.

  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
