### 🔍 Job Summary

We are looking for a female telecaller with a passion for real estate and excellent communication skills to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client follow-ups, and database management.

### 🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential leads and explain real estate projects and offerings

• Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits

• Maintain and update the database with accurate client information

• Follow up with clients via calls and WhatsApp messages

• Handle basic client queries and route complex inquiries to the sales team

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and lead conversions

### ✅ Requirements

• Experience: 1–2 years in real estate telecalling or insurance calling preferred

• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome

Strong command of Hindi and basic English•

• Confident, polite, and persuasive phone manners

• Basic computer and CRM usage knowledge is a plus

• Target-oriented mindset

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
