We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Pre-Sales Executive to support our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead management, client follow-ups, property presentations, and scheduling site visits. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients and play a key role in converting inquiries into site visits. **Key Responsibilities:*** Handle incoming leads via calls, emails, and online platforms.* Qualify leads based on interest, budget, and project requirements.* Coordinate and schedule site visits for the sales team.* Follow up with potential clients to understand their property needs.* Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM tools regularly.* Assist the sales team with necessary documentation and client coordination.* Provide project-related information and explain features, pricing, and benefits.
