Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and digital marketing strategies.
Property Listings & Market Analysis: List residential and commercial properties, prepare comparative market analysis (CMA) to assist clients in pricing properties.
Client Consultation: Meet with clients to discuss their property needs, assess their requirements, and advise them on available listings, pricing, and market trends.
Property Showings: Conduct property tours for potential buyers, highlighting features and answering questions.
Negotiations & Contracts: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring a smooth transaction. Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts.
Transaction Management: Oversee the entire sales process from offer acceptance to closing, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with local real estate trends, laws, and market changes to provide clients with expert advice.
