Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive property sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of real estate sales executives/agents.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets.

  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential buyers.

  • Manage end-to-end sales processes from prospecting to closing deals.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.

  • Organize site visits, client meetings, and property presentations.

  • Monitor team performance and provide training, guidance, and feedback.

  • Coordinate with marketing teams to create effective promotional campaigns.

  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

  • Excellent understanding of local real estate markets and trends.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

  • Target-oriented and self-motivated individual with a passion for sales.
