Key Responsibilities

• Client Representation:

  Act as a liaison for buyers and sellers, representing their interests in transactions. 

• Market Analysis:

  Conduct research to determine competitive market prices, property valuations, and current market conditions. 

• Lead Generation:

  Generate new business through networking, marketing, and referrals to build and maintain a client base. 

• Property Showings:

  Schedule and host showings, open houses, and meetings with prospective buyers and tenants. 

• Negotiation:

  Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers to reach favorable terms. 

• Document Preparation:

  Prepare and review contracts, purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds, and other transaction documents. 

• Transaction Management:

  Oversee the closing process, ensuring all legal and financial requirements are met accurately and efficiently. 

• Marketing and Promotion:

  Market properties through ads, listings, and open houses to attract potential buyers. 

• Client Counseling:

  Advise clients on market conditions, financing options, and the overall buying/selling process.
