Key Responsibilities
• Contact inbound leads and explain our services clearly
• Understand the client’s loan and financial situation
• Present suitable settlement solutions to clients
• Follow up with potential clients and convert them into customers
• Maintain proper lead records and update CRM
• Build trust with clients and handle objections professionally
• Coordinate with the legal and operations team after client onboarding
Requirements
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Basic understanding of sales processes
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Positive attitude and confidence while handling clients
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in sales, tele-sales, or financial services is a plus
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
