We are looking for a dynamic Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
Generate leads through calls, references, and digital platforms.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable properties.
Negotiate deals and close property sales.
Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business.
Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company.
Requirements:
6 month–3 years of experience in real estate sales (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
Knowledge of the local real estate market is an advantage.
Salary: Fixed + Attractive Incentives.
