Pre-Sales Executive

This position performs outbound/inbound calls to the customers who visit our website

to convert them into Prospect. This position is to serve customers by helping them

select products, drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling

and sharing product knowledge.

Competencies and Skills Required:

● Minimum HSC/Intermediate pass out with overall 16Months experience in a BPO Voice

Process/Customer Service /Sales roles.

● Experience in a consultative selling process will be an added advantage.

● Ability to adhere to the SOPs and process flow.

● Demonstrates a flair for helping and servicing clients.

● Candidate should be comfortable working in rotational shifts.

● Candidates should be willing to work from office.

● Candidates should be willing to travel to work by themselves.

● Proficient in English and Hindi(MANDATE) communication along with proficiency in any one of

the below languages:

Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu
