Pre-Sales Executive

Role Overview:

As a Pre-Sales Executive at Infra Loan Guru Pvt. Ltd., you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, initiating conversations to understand their financial needs and introducing them to our loan products and services. Your efforts will directly contribute to generating qualified leads for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to our loan products and services.

• Needs Assessment: Engage in conversations to understand clients' financial requirements and identify suitable solutions.

• Product Presentation: Clearly articulate the benefits and features of our offerings, addressing any queries clients may have.

• Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule meetings between qualified leads and the sales team.

• Database Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update CRM systems accordingly.

• Performance Tracking: Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly targets related to call volume and lead quality.

• Feedback Loop: Provide insights from client interactions to the marketing and product teams to refine strategies.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in telesales or telemarketing, preferably in financial services.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and basic office applications.

• Client-Centric Approach: Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
