Key Account Manager – Insurance (Job Role & Responsibilities)

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate and channel partners.

• Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth from existing accounts.

• Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the insurance company.

• Understand client requirements and provide suitable insurance solutions (Life)

• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, underwriting, claims) to ensure smooth policy servicing.

• Achieve sales targets and ensure high customer retention rates.

• Conduct regular meetings and reviews with clients to discuss performance and future opportunities.

• Prepare and present business performance reports and proposals to management.

• Resolve client issues promptly and professionally.

• Stay updated on insurance products, market trends, and competitor offerings.

• Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory guidelines.

• Support marketing and promotional activities for corporate clients.
