1.               

Recruitment & Onboarding

·       Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates & Support new hire onboarding, including documentation, induction sessions

2.               

Employee Records & Documentation

·       Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical). Prepare HR letters such as offer letters, confirmation letters, and experience certificates. Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality standards. Maintain travel records as well.

3.               

Attendance Support

·       Collect and verify attendance data, leaves, and overtime details. Handle employee queries related to payroll and benefits.

 

4.               

HR Operations

·       Help maintain HR databases, trackers, and reports, Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance documentation

5.               

Problem-solving mindset

·       Handle employee grievance regarding attendance & during onboarding.  

6.               

Confidentiality and integrity

·       Handles sensitive employee information with discretion

·       Demonstrates honesty, reliability, and ethical behaviour

Travel Management

·       Arrange flights, hotels, cabs as per company policy

4.     General Responsibilities

Assist in recruitment coordination and onboarding formalities

Prepare travel itineraries and share with employees

Coordinate with vendors for best rates and availability

Team Collaboration- Works cooperatively with HR colleagues and other departments

Adjusts quickly to changing priorities and tasks

Open to learning new systems and HR practices

Ensure compliance with company travel &HR policies

8.               

Handle travel-related queries and emergency changes

9.               

Manage calendars and schedule meetings, organize travel arrangements for senior management.

Handle and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence for senior Management.

11.           

Take minutes during meeting and prepare note on the meetings.

12.           

Organized and maintain key office documents and update.

13.           

Take follow ups from executives / staff, clients, and internal teams on assigned tasks and update to Senior management.

14.           

Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
