1.
Recruitment & Onboarding
· Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates & Support new hire onboarding, including documentation, induction sessions
2.
Employee Records & Documentation
· Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical). Prepare HR letters such as offer letters, confirmation letters, and experience certificates. Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality standards. Maintain travel records as well.
3.
Attendance Support
· Collect and verify attendance data, leaves, and overtime details. Handle employee queries related to payroll and benefits.
4.
HR Operations
· Help maintain HR databases, trackers, and reports, Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance documentation
5.
Problem-solving mindset
· Handle employee grievance regarding attendance & during onboarding.

· Handles sensitive employee information with discretion

Travel Management

Take minutes during meeting and prepare note on the meetings.

Organized and maintain key office documents and update.
13.
Take follow ups from executives / staff, clients, and internal teams on assigned tasks and update to Senior management.

Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
