Working Days: 5.5 days (2nd Saturday and last Saturday will be off)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter with 3 to 4 years of experience to manage
end-to-end hiring. The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring talent across Manufacturing industry hiring. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills
and hands-on experience in talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
• Handle hiring for manufacturing industry non it roles
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
• Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with stakeholders
• Maintain candidate pipeline and ensure timely closures
• Build strong candidate relationships and ensure positive candidate experience
Requirements:
• 3 to 4 years of recruitment experience
• Exposure to manufacturing hiring
• Strong sourcing and calling skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
