Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Health and Life Insurance Executive to promote, manage, and support insurance products. The role involves educating clients on various insurance plans, assessing their coverage needs, and providing personalized solutions to ensure their financial security and peace of mind.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Health and Life Insurance policies to individuals and corporate clients.
• Identify client needs, recommend suitable insurance plans, and explain policy details clearly.
• Maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and policy reviews.
• Handle client inquiries, policy renewals, and claims support professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, client records, and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Stay updated with market trends, new insurance products, and competitor activities.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Proven experience in Health or Life Insurance Sales / Customer Service.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-centric approach and problem-solving attitude.
• Basic knowledge of insurance regulations and financial products.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
