Experience: Minimum 4–6 years in B2B inside sales
We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Executive to manage customer inquiries, prepare quotations, follow up with clients, and support the sales team in closing deals. A key part of this role will be handling and converting leads from IndiaMART and website enquiries along with other customer touchpoints.
· Manage and respond to daily IndiaMART and website inquiries and convert them into qualified leads.
· Prepare and send quotations/proposals to customers.
· Follow up with customers on quotations, orders, and payments.
· Maintain and update CRM/records of leads and customer interactions.
· Coordinate with operations and accounts teams for smooth order execution.
· Support field sales team with leads, data, and presentations.
· Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
· Graduate (Engineering background preferred, but not mandatory).
· 4–6 years of proven inside sales or sales support experience (B2B preferred).
· Hands-on experience handling online B2B portal inquiries.
· Excellent communication (written & verbal) and negotiation skills.
· Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
· Ability to understand technical/industrial products.
· Result-oriented, proactive, and well-organized.
