Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities – Inside Sales Executive (UG & PG Courses)

1. Lead Generation & Cold Calling

  • Make outbound cold calls to potential students and working professionals.

  • Identify, qualify, and generate leads for UG, PG, and certification programs.

  • Follow up on inquiries generated through marketing campaigns and web leads.

2. Student Counseling & Consultation

  • Understand the learner’s academic background, career goals, and requirements.

  • Provide accurate information about courses, curriculum, duration, fees, and career outcomes.

  • Recommend suitable programs based on the candidate’s profile.

3. Sales Conversion

  • Convert prospective leads into admissions through effective communication and convincing skills.

  • Handle objections professionally and close admission enrollments.

  • Maintain high conversion ratios and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.

4. Database & CRM Management

  • Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and updates in CRM tools.

  • Manage lead pipelines and ensure regular follow-up with potential students.

5. Coordination & Process Management

  • Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams for smooth onboarding of students.

  • Share required documents and ensure completion of the enrollment process.
