Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Franchise Sales Executive to drive franchise expansion for Varnika Glam Salons. The ideal candidate will identify potential investors, pitch franchise opportunities, and manage the end-to-end sales process — from lead generation to closure.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, generate, and qualify leads interested in owning a Varnika Glam salon franchise.

  • Conduct business meetings and presentations to explain franchise models, ROI, investment requirements, and operational support.

  • Manage inquiries received via calls, emails, social media, or franchise portals.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective franchise partners.

  • Coordinate with the operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new franchisees.

  • Maintain regular follow-ups and manage the CRM to track leads and conversions.

  • Attend franchise expos, events, and networking opportunities to generate new leads.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or B2B sales (preferably in salon, beauty, wellness, or retail sector).

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Strong understanding of franchising models and ROI calculations.

  • Self-motivated with a goal-driven approach.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
