We are seeking a dynamic and strategic International Sales & Marketing Executive with an MBA in Marketing and International Sales to drive global business growth in the logistics industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying international markets, developing marketing strategies, acquiring new clients, and expanding the company’s global footprint across freight forwarding, transportation, warehousing, and supply chain services.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
· Build strong relationships with overseas clients, freight agents, and channel partners.
· Manage end-to-end sales cycle – from lead generation, proposal development, negotiations, to contract closure.
· Attend global trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the company’s logistics solutions.
· Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for international market penetration and brand visibility.
· Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation to refine positioning and value proposition.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns, digital content, and promotional materials.
· Manage key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up.
· Develop customized logistics solutions for clients based on specific international trade requirements.
· Coordinate with operations and pricing teams to ensure timely delivery and competitive offers.
· Track sales performance metrics, prepare forecasts, and provide regular sales reports to management.
· Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and ROI of marketing campaigns to optimize future strategies.
· Ensure all sales activities comply with international trade regulations and company policies.
· Maintain records of customer interactions, contracts, and pipeline using CRM tools.
Skills:
