Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate a team of field staff working for women’s welfare.

Ensure smooth implementation of NGO programs in assigned areas.

Track and report progress of ongoing initiatives.

Recruit and train local volunteers or staff for community outreach.

Act as a bridge between field staff, beneficiaries, and NGO management.

Handle communication and coordination with donors and local authorities when required.

Requirements:

Female candidates only.

Passion for women empowerment and social service.

Leadership and team management skills.

Good communication skills in Kannada and English.

Ability to travel within assigned areas for fieldwork.

Prior experience in NGO work or community service is preferred but not mandatory.
