Field Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for energetic and self-motivated freshers to join our sales team as Field Sales Executives. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, visiting potential clients, and promoting our products/services to drive sales growth in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit potential customers at their premises to promote and sell products/services.

• Identify sales opportunities through cold calling, field visits, and networking.

• Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to the sales team.

• Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, and on-ground events.

• Submit daily/weekly reports to the sales manager.

• Confidence and willingness to work in the field

• Basic understanding of sales and customer service

• Self-motivated and result-oriented attitude

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area

Educational Qualifications:

• Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline

Additional Requirements:

• Must own a smartphone (and preferably a two-wheeler)

• Local language proficiency is a plus

• Freshers are welcome; training will be provided
