Job Title: Academic Counsellor

About the Role:

We are looking for a compassionate and student-focused Academic Counsellor who is passionate about guiding learners throughout their educational journey. In this role, you will support students by understanding their goals, providing academic guidance, and ensuring they have a smooth and enriching learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with students to understand their academic goals and learning needs.

• Provide personalized guidance on course selection and learning pathways.

• Support students throughout their enrollment and onboarding process.

• Act as a single point of contact for students for any academic-related queries.

• Monitor student progress and proactively provide support to ensure course completion.

• Maintain regular follow-ups to keep students engaged and motivated.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (any field).

• Experience in academic mentoring, counseling, teaching, or student support roles is preferred.

• Strong empathy and ability to build meaningful relationships with students.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to understand student challenges and provide thoughtful guidance.

• Fluency in English and Hindi (mandatory).

• Basic familiarity with CRM or student management tools is an advantage.

• Must have a laptop and Android phone.
