Job Summary:

The Field Collection / Recovery Executive is responsible for on-ground follow-ups, collection of overdue payments from customers, resolving payment-related issues, and ensuring timely recovery of loans. The role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to handle field activities professionally.
Responsibilities:

Visit customers for EMI/loan overdue collections
Follow up through field visits, calls & reminders
Negotiate and close payment plans
Collect and deposit payments as per company policy
Maintain daily reports and update system/app
Handle customers professionally as per RBI guidelines
