Education Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Digital Marketing and IT training programs to students, working professionals, and corporate clients.

• It is a result oriented profile, need to drive sales.

• Identify new business opportunities through inbound leads, cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and campus outreach.

• Counsel potential learners by understanding their career goals and suggesting suitable courses.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute lead-generation campaigns.

• Conduct presentations, webinars, and info sessions for course promotions.

• Meet weekly/monthly targets for student enrollments and revenue.

• Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare regular sales reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, counseling, or business development (Education/EdTech sector preferred).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Passion for education and understanding of IT courses and career paths.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.

• Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and online sales platforms.
