Job Description

We are looking for a motivated E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online presence across platforms like IndiaMART, TradeIndia, JustDial, Amazon Business, and social media stores.The ideal candidate will handle product listings, lead responses, digital promotion, and order coordination to increase online sales and brand visibility.---🧾 Key Responsibilities:✅ Product Listing & ManagementCreate, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, prices, and images) on IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Amazon, and other platforms.Ensure proper keywords and categories for better visibility.Manage product stock status and pricing updates.✅ Lead Management & ConversionHandle incoming online inquiries, reply promptly via WhatsApp/email/call.Convert leads into orders through follow-up and quotations.Maintain Excel or CRM sheet for daily leads and follow-ups.✅ Online Marketing SupportPost product photos, offers, and updates on social media & Google My Business.Assist in running small paid ads on Facebook/Instagram (₹300–₹500 per week).Coordinate with marketing team for banners, creatives, and campaigns.✅ Order & Dispatch CoordinationProcess confirmed orders, share with dispatch/accounts.Ensure timely delivery updates to customers.✅ Reporting & AnalysisPrepare weekly reports of inquiries, conversions, and platform performance.Suggest strategies to improve reach and conversion rate.---💼 Skills & Requirements:🎓 Qualification:Graduate in Commerce, Marketing, or Computer Applications.💻 Technical Skills:Basic knowledge of MS Excel & Google SheetsExperience with IndiaMART, Amazon, or TradeIndia portalsKnowledge of Canva / Photoshop (for product photos – optional)Familiarity with digital marketing or SEO preferred
