We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to join our growing team at our Panipat company office.
This role involves expanding our client base, meeting revenue goals, and maintaining long-term, positive relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will be passionate about client success and confident in communication, negotiation, and service presentation.
Research and identify new business opportunities to grow the client base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Promote the company’s digital marketing and media services aligned with customer needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities to enhance business strategy.
Provide regular reports and insights to the management team.
Graduate (any stream); MBA or Marketing specialization preferred.
0–3 years of experience in client servicing, sales, or digital marketing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer orientation and ability to close deals effectively.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player.
