Job Description

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team and handle customer calls professionally. This role is suitable for freshers who are confident in speaking and want to build a career in customer interaction and sales/support.

Job Location: Haridwar (Kankhal)
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Job Type: Contract
Work Location Type: Office-based

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers/leads
Handle inbound calls and customer queries
Explain products/services clearly
Maintain call records and basic data entry
Follow up with interested customers
Achieve daily/weekly call targets
Provide polite and professional communication

Eligibility Criteria:
