Job Summary:

We are hiring a friendly and enthusiastic Client Relation Executive for our Game Zone. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment, assisting guests throughout their visit, and ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience.
Job Location:4th floor ,102, PNR Felicity mall, 2B, Haralur Main Rd, Reliable Tranquil Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560102

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and assist them with queries and game selection.

• Provide information about games, offers, and promotions.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by offering excellent service.

• Handle guest feedback and resolve minor complaints promptly.

• Assist in managing queues, crowd flow, and seating/waiting areas.

• Coordinate with the front desk and game staff for smooth operations.

• Promote loyalty programs or memberships (if applicable).

• Maintain a cheerful and approachable attitude at all times.

Requirements:

• 0 to 3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a similar role (freshers welcome).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude.

• Basic knowledge of games or a willingness to learn quickly.

• Ability to handle children and families in a busy environment.

• Ready to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
