Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Depends on experience)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Relationship Manager to act as the bridge between our company and our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining long-term relationships, addressing client concerns, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Handling: Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.

• Communication: Acting as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries via calls, emails, and meetings.

• Problem Solving: Resolving client complaints or issues promptly to maintain trust and satisfaction.

• Retention: Ensuring high client retention rates by understanding their needs and providing timely solutions.

• Coordination: Working closely with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met on time.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent Communication: Must have strong verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi).

• Client Management: Proven experience in handling clients and managing expectations professionally.

• Soft Skills: Should be polite, patient, and a good listener.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
