We are looking for a Career Counsellor to join our team at Bookslot, a leading student counselling and admission guidance platform. The counsellor will interact with students and parents, guide them on career opportunities after 12th, and support them in choosing the right courses and colleges in fields like Medical, Engineering, Management, and other professional programs.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Handle student/parent calls and consultations professionally.

• Guide students on career pathways (CUET, NEET, JEE, Medical, Engineering, Management, etc.).

• Provide accurate information about exams, courses, colleges, and admission processes.

• Assist students with choice filling, application, and documentation.

• Maintain records of interactions and follow up regularly.

• Meet counselling and enrolment targets while ensuring student satisfaction.

• Support team during seminars, workshops, and counselling events.
  

🎓 Job Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any stream (BBA, MBA, or Education background preferred).

• No prior experience required – freshers are welcome! Training will be provided.

• Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable working 6 days a week during day shift (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM).

• Passionate about helping students and parents make informed career decisions.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 6 months - 6+ years Experience.
