🎯 Job Description

We are hiring Teachers who can also work as Academic Counsellors. The role involves guiding students academically, helping them choose the right exams, courses, and colleges, and providing mentorship throughout their journey.

🧑‍🏫 Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents for NEET / JEE / CUET / career options

• Explain exam patterns, eligibility, counselling process, and college options

• Provide subject-level guidance and study planning

• Resolve student doubts via calls, WhatsApp, or in-person meetings

• Track student progress and maintain counselling records

• Build trust and long-term student relationships

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

• Teaching background (Science preferred)

• Strong communication skills (Hindi & English)

• Ability to explain complex information in a simple way

• Student-centric and empathetic approach

• Basic computer and WhatsApp handling skills

⭐ Preferred

• Experience in counselling or education sector

• Knowledge of NEET/JEE/CUET counselling

• Local language fluency is a plus
