Key Responsibilities
Partner Engagement & Recruitment:
Identify and onboard existing NJ Wealth Mutual Fund partners as POSP or BQP to initiate and expand insurance-related business activities.
Explain the benefits, process, and scope of the POSP/BQP roles effectively to ensure partner enrollment.
Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with Senior Managers to devise and implement strategies for the development of insurance products within the branch.
Drive and monitor progress on recruitment and insurance sales targets.
Relationship Management:
Build and nurture positive working relationships with partners to promote long-term business growth.
Provide support to the POSP / CIA to achieve their goals.
Product Promotion:
Focus on the promotion and sales of both Life and Non-Life Insurance products.
Ensure a thorough understanding of insurance products to guide and assist partners effectively.
Business Targets:
Achieve recruitment targets for POSP/BQP roles.
Drive the sales and penetration of insurance products within the assigned branch/region.
Product basket:
Life insurance products from leading life insurers
General insurance products, especially Health, Motor & Personal Accident, from leading general insurers
Required Candidature
Postgraduate with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, OR Graduate with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in insurance.
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Experience in handling insurance products (Life or General)
Ability to influence and drive business through partner networks
Sales-driven mindset with strategic planning capabilities
