Stipend during training (1 month ) :18,000

CTC after training: 3.6lpa(fixed)+incentive(performance based)

Fluent speaking in Hindi and English

Working days : 6 days I One day off -Rotational basis I Sat-Sun mandatory working

Working hrs : 9 am -9 pm /11 am -10 pm (10-12hrs) I One hr lunch break included

Role Overview

As a Business Development Trainee at Bhanzu, you will play a key role in driving the

company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with

potential clients, and supporting the sales process. This is an entry-level position ideal for

fresh graduates who are enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.

Roles & Responsibilities

●Reach out to potential customers and explain Bhanzu’s offerings.

● Schedule and conduct product demonstrations for prospective clients.

● Maintain and update the CRM with accurate information.

● Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets.

● Build and nurture relationships with clients for long-term engagement.

● Gather feedback from clients and communicate it to internal teams for process

improvement.

● Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align business

development efforts.

● Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

• Good communication skills (English &Hindi)

• Must have a laptop and wifi connection

• Ability to work independently and in team

• Self- motivated and Enthusiastic
